Features:

1. The hot air inlet elbow design of the up-blow dryer can prevent dust piling up at the bottom of the heaters to avoid burning.
2. To adopt hot air diffuser device of shade separator and screen separator for acquiring an even hot air flow to keep the plastics dry at an even temperature and improve drying efficiency.
3. Sound-proof blower isolate the dust entering the raw material to ensure material free from contamination.
4. All material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel to avoid material contamination.
5. Precise aluminum casting hopper barrel features smooth surface & good performance on temperature keeping.
6. Hopper barrel separated from its base, easy cleaning and change material quickly.
7 Hopper barrel and base are fitted with see-through windows to observe inside material level.
8. Equipped with inlet cover, easy to install autoloader.
9. Double Safety device with overheat and overload protection. Reduce accidents caused by human or mechanical failure.
10. Hot air recyclers(option)to make hot air form a semi-closed circulated loop to speed up hot air circulation for shorten heating time to achieve energy saving up to 30%.
11. Exhaust-air filter can be installed (option), filter dust to avoid air pollution, ensure the clean working environment,hopper magnet also can be installed for screening iron debris and other functions.
12. Optional 7-day auto start/stop timers,automatic switch on and off once a week, can save electricity and effectively arrange work efficiency.
